Termination

Termination of security services will be governed by the terms of your service agreement. In the absence of a separate service agreement, either party may terminate the engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide reasonable assistance to transition your security services, and you remain responsible for any fees incurred through the date of termination.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those sites. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
